30 Minute Running Clock - As Many Rounds as Possible

*Equipment needed: Heavy Med ball, moderately weight kettlebells

1. Walking Lunges 20 steps carrying med ball (as heavy as possible)

2. Kettlebell Floor Presses x10

3. KB pull-overs x10

4. Goblet Squats x10

4. Mountain Climbers x20 (per leg)

Finisher: 3x max push-ups

6. Plank with hip extension (10 per leg)

**Rest as needed between rounds, try your best not to rest between exercises**
