1. Med Ball Slams

2. Step-back lunge (10 per leg)

3. Bird Dog (10 per side)

3. Lateral lunge (10 per side)

4. Hammer Curls (10 per side)

5. Squat Jumps

6. Plank with hip extension (10 per leg)

**Rest as needed between rounds, try your best not to rest between exercises**
