-          5 Round Circuit

o   Seated cable row x10

o   Goblet Squats x8

o   Triceps Rope Press-downs x10

o   Mini Hops (stay on your toes, but jump to just barely clear the floor) x20

o   Dumbbell Hammer Curls x8

 **Rest as needed between rounds, try your best not to rest between exercises**

o   Push-Ups (Option to do strict or from knees)
