1. Bench Press 4x5 @ 80% of 1 rep max

2. Squat 3x5 2 80% of 1 rep max

3. Close Grip Bench Press 4x5 @ 10-15% less than regular bench sets

4. Lunge Walk w/ 20lb dumbbells 4x20 steps

5. Bent Rows 3x10

6. Triceps Press Downs 3x12

7. Ab roller 4x10
