Heavy Bench Press and Functional Building Day

1. Bench Press 3x3 @ 85-90% of 1 rep max

2. Bench Press 4x5 @ 77-80% of 1 rep max

3. Kettlebell Floor press 3x10

       Superset: Heavy Kettlebell Farmers Carry 3x40 steps

4. Front Squat 3x6

       Superset: Incline dumbbell flies 3x8 w/ 2 second pause at the bottom

5. Half Kneeling Dumbbell Overhead press 3x6 (each side)

       Superset Push-Ups 3x12-15 (Rep range flexible for push-ups, not max effort but only 2-3 reps in reserve on each set)
