2. Kettlebell deficit stiff leg deadlifts 3x8

       Superset: Narrow Bench Press 3x6

3. Bulgarian Split Squat 3x6 (holding dumbbells at sides)

       Superset: Chest Flies 3x8 with 2 second pause at the bottom

4. Side Plank 3x Max Hold Time
